Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. SiteGrowthAI is the seller of record for all orders. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by these Terms and our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse our services. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Engaging in fraud, spam, or deceptive practices.
• Infringing the intellectual property rights of others.
• Conducting security scans, probing, or vulnerability testing without authorisation.

5. Intellectual property

All content, software, designs, and branding on this site are the property of SiteGrowthAI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as your website URL). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process and analyse it solely to provide the audit service to you.

8. Warranties and disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteGrowthAI's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
